Shortening of biorhythm's period and decreasing of their amplitude were noted for children 5-7 years old in comparison to schoolchildren. It is possible that this fact testifies about next: forming of visual system's biorhythms in this age is not completed. In cases of ametropies there were changes of biorhythmic curve: shortening of period, increasing or decreasing of fluctuation amplitude, disorders of correlative ties. Persons with myopia had the highest degree of the changes. Theirs biorhythms of visual functions are characterized by two decreasing: in morning (9-10) and evening (15-17) hours. The same data have been revealed in children with amblyopia caused by ametropies. Investigation of connection between visual functions and nerve system strength according to tapping-test results show synchronization between diurnal fluctuation of vegetative innervations and circadian rhythms of visual functions, especially for close visual work. It affirms necessary of influence on nervous system in complex treatment of ametropies and their complications. Treatment of myopia according to patients' biorhythmic peculiarities led to improvement of functional index in absolute majority of children (93.5%). Pleoptic treatment of amblyopia at the time of maximal functions allowed decreasing number of cases with high amblyopia per 89% that is half more effective than ordinary treatment. Practical recommendations about choice of optimal treatment time in children with myopia and amblyopia are recommended. Embodiment of perfected methods of ametropies and their complications according to individual biological rhythms allowed to increase treatment effectiveness and to diminish costs for treatment.
