Mechanical, thermal and electrical properties of the sintered materials have been measured. Thermal conductivity, electromagnetic wave dissipation coefficient, hardness of aluminum nitride based materials are suitable to design the new vacuum electronic devices. Thermal expansion coefficient, fracture toughness and hardness of silicon nitride based and boron carbide based materials are sufficient to design the ceramic parts for extremely hard operation conditions.
