The application this model allow to develop the rock destruction tools for purpose to minimize the energy intensity during rock destruction. The computer model and algorithm for arrangement of indentors on work surface of mining machine effector are build. The finite elements models of processes of induction soldering of hardalloyed cutters and hardening of steel holder of cutters of rock destruction instrument are created. The computer modelling of the process of structural transformation during hardenig of the steel holder of cutters and prognostication of mechanical properties of steel holder of cutters after hardening are accomplished. The novel constructions of boring crown for boring of fast rocks are developed and tested.
