Research methods - X-Ray analysis, differential thermo analysis, differential calorimetry, resistance measuring, measuring of micro hardness. Purpose of work - determination of influence of chemical composition and thermal pretreatment of alloy on ability to the amorphisation, thermal stability, processes of nanocrystallization and mechanical properties of binary, triple and multicomponent alloys of Al-TM-REM, as scientific base for creation of new highstrength and temperature stable nanocomposites. With the use of results of X-Ray fusions and amorphous alloys of Al86Ni8Ce6 and Al87Ni8La5 quantitative changes of nanoclaster structure are obtained at heating and cooling of alloys and the effects of inheritance of these changes are determined during an amorphisation, influencing on property amorphous alloys. The results of study of processes of low temperature structural relaxation are shown, and nanocrystallization after different treatment depending on chemical composition in the amorphous alloys of Al-TM-REM, possibilities to increase the glass forming ability of alloys are considered to the amorphisation and their thermal stability, also question of forming in amorphous precursor phase of termostable compound of nanocrystalline and amorphous constituents, optimum in relation to a level mechanical properties of alloys with a nanocomposite structure (the microhardness of investigational Al- nanocomposites gives at ~ 5,5 GPa) certainly range of alloys, perspective for creation from them of bulk strength nanokomposites with methods of twist extrusion.
