It was shown that storage of the small pelagic fish are under the hard control of the water temperature, primary and secondary nutritive base. Storage of the pelagic fish exceeds 1 mln. ton, which allows to catch about 450 - 500 thousand ton annually. Total storage of macrophytes in the coastal zone of the eastern Crimea is about 37,5 thousand ton, cystozeira - 25,6 thousand ton and phyllophora - 0,6 thousand ton. New elements of the biotechnologies for mollusks, fish and algae cultivation, for obtaining food, natural BAA and biological afterpurification of the waste water were developed and tested in laboratory and pilot conditions. New technologies and projects of the technological normative documentation for obtaining the veterinary and medical preparations of bactericidal and fungicidal character from the marine row materials were worked out.
