Aim of investigation: developing of National standards of Ukraine in the audiovisual system sphere. Results: 24 national standards have been developed, approved and come into effect; one project of national standard of Ukraine is in the process of approval. Effectivity: Technical and economical effect of standard introduction is that it will be created normative base to introduction of current television systems, increase of quality of delivered services and safety requirements in the audiovisual systems and services, and also it will be formed national normative base on standardization, harmonized with european standards and ITU-T Recommendations. Using of developed standards in relevant industry fields stimulates domestic manufacturers to make production at world level and ipso facto to enhance its competitiveness.
