The work purpose - working out of actions and an operations procedure on liquidation of failures with mineral acids, working out of technology and recommendations concerning liquidation of ecological consequences of failures with mineral acids which will allow to reduce considerably time of liquidation of consequences of failures, will give possibility to use cheap and accessible reagents as neutralised materials, to reduce ecological consequences of such failures, and also losses of railways. Research method - theoretical methods of researches which are based on the system approach to the analysis of ecological situations in places of scale transport failures with mineral acids. Research was assumed by a choice and the account of influence of dominating factors on the considered. The spent laboratory and field measurements of speeds of penetration of sulfuric, hydrochloric, fluoric acids through loams, sandy loam, sand and a shell rock. Ecological consequences of environmental contamination are defined at floods of mineral acids owing to railway failures. It is established that at failures in different degree there is a pollution of all components of biosphere: air, reservoirs and soils. The analysis of modern reagents and sorbents is carried out. Their characteristics and a condition of their effective application are considered. Concerning technology of liquidation of consequences of failures with mineral acids, and as recommendations are developed for designing of equipment for removal of gaseous substances and sewage treatment. Practical value of the performed work consists in working out of technologies of carrying out of processes of elimination of ecological consequences of transport failures which are accompanied by considerable floods and create serious threat for environment, a choice of absorbents and адсорбентов which are used in technologies of liquidation of consequences of failures at floods of mineral acids, and also neutralisation ипарений. It also represents a priority direction of transport ecology within the limits of creation of system of ecological safety of regions.
