The course treatment of patients with MCI syndrome who suffered from arterial hypertension by means of Entrop, Tanakan, Picamilon,Piracetam,Pramistar and cognitive training has been determine to accompany by positive effect on brain functional state. The longitudinal study has shown that dementia syndrome in 35,5 % cases from the group of patients with hypertensive dyscirculatory encephalopathy with MCI syndrome had been diagnosed three years later.
