A purpose is development and introduction of dosimetric support system for the State register of Ukraine of persons which suffered as a result of the Chernobil' accidence. Methods - radiation hygienical, mathematical programming, dosimetric. Results: The analysis of information from SRU, which can be used for individualization of exposure doses because of Chernobyl' accidence for persons which live in Ovruch' (Zhitomir region) and Ivankiv' (Kiev region) districts, is executed. The criteria of forming of "pilot" contingent for which the calculation of individual exposure doses is possible on the basis of information from SRU are developed. A sentinel matrix which represents the results of the ecology-dosimetric monitoring of settlements, where the person lived during the period of its stay on supervision in SRU, is formed. It is grounded approaches and parameters of district-specific models for the estimation of internal and external exposure doses of persons from a "pilot" contingent. Algorithms and mathematically computer procedures for the estimation of doses are developed. The estimations of the individualized doses of external and internal exposure (and also thyroid exposure doses in 1986) are got for 37114 persons which live in Ovruch' and Ivankiv' districts and make a "pilot" contingent.
