Purpose of study - to define cognitive disorders neurophysiological and neurophysiological characteristic property and primary risk factors in remote period of irradiation as result of Chernobyl accident and make out metods of psychoprofilactics and psychoreabilitations for sufferings. Methods of study - clinical, neuropsychological, neurophysiological, statistical. Specific neuropsychological and neuropsychological qualities of cognitive disorders in patients irradiated in doses 0,001-4.5 Sv and in persons irradiated in utero and factors of risk of their violations are set . There were no radioinducted dementia in any irradiated patients in investigation. Diagnostic criteria cognitive infringements in patients irradiated as a result of Chernobyl accident are developed. Were determined their major factors of risk - young age, low of education and professional level, an irradiation dose more than 0,3 Sv. Dose-dependet cognitive infringements in a range of doses 0,3 - 4,5 Sv are established: decrease in the general factor of intellectuality and verbal training is proportional to an irradiation dose. The optimum ways of prophylaxis and rehabilitation of patients with cognitive disorders are developed. 2 patents on an invention are given, the project of methodical recommendations are prepared. 34 scientific publications are published, 15 reports at conferences and seminars.
