Study aim - estimation optimization of malignant tumor incidence among population groups of high risks by activity coordination of different type specialized registries. Study methods - program-aim planning, systemic analysis, statistical, epidemiological, program-mathematical. Accordance to study tasks the infrastructure of different type specialized population registries of Ukraine is investigated. There were information and organizational possibilities of their relationship examined. Structural characteristic of these registries is presented. Compliance criteria of Ukrainian population registries' data base to demand comparison of individual record are defined. NCRU has sufficient completeness of oncological diseases and medical treatment since 1996 - 1998 yy. (depend on oblast). Algorithm for SRU and NCRU interaction was exploited and tested. Accordance to linkage demand the data file of male liquidators of Kyiv city was created to technology test. Linkage of the SRU and NCRU data bases was realized. As a result 1240 malignant neoplasm cases were identified. 533 of 1002 cancer cases registered in SRU are presented in the NCRU. Histological verification of the rest cases is doubtful. 14 of the 28 registered in the SRU leukemia cases (2000 - 2006 yy.) are in the NCRU DB, 31 of the 60 registered in the SRU thyroid cancer cases (1997 - 2006 yy.) are confirmed by the NCRU. Comparative analysis of incidence coefficients calculated with linkage data of CRU DB and NCRU DB was made. Advantages of registries common use are in doubtful oncological data elimination. These advantages allow discovering single cancer cases presented in CRU DB those absent in NCRU DB. As a result of analysis the priority supervision group is defined (the group of cancer risk rise - liquidators of 1986 year). There are also defined actual direction of prophylactic measures and epidemiological study: colon cancer, kidney cancer, thyroid cancer. Analytical report of effective CRU and NCRU relationship preconditions is prepared. The information letter "Basing of the joint use of the data basis of the "State Registry of Ukraine for persons suffered following Chornobyl accident (SRU) and National Cancer Registry of Ukraine (NCRU) for the assessment of the cancer incidence in Cornobyl accident clean-up workers" is prepared and published. The project of methodic recommendations "Technology of the information interaction of the State Registry of Ukraine for persons suffered following Chornobyl accident and National Cancer Registry of Ukraine" is worked out.
