Research results - On the base of existing designs of fatigue damage specimen-witness and the researches devoted to investigation of surface state evolution under the cyclical loading the possibility of nanotechnologies application under the damage and residual life estimation for aircraft components is shown. The fatigue damage specimen-witness for installation on loaded component of airplane structure is developed. Multiple regressive models of fatigue damage accumulation are obtained, that opens opportunity for fatigue damage estimation of specimen-witness by the parameters of surface state.
