Evaporation/condensation metal processes contribution to energy balance of welding pool surface and dynamical (force) influence on free surface of melt at considered fuse welding techniques has been determined. The regularities of conductive heat transfer processes in welding pool extent which is associated with metal evaporation/condensation, flexure of free surface of melt, and keyhole development have been revealed. The peculiarities of convective heat transfer (due to convection in volume forces field and Marangoni convection) in welding pool at considered fuse welding techniques have been revealed by means of numerical methods of modeling. The ability has been determined and activation methods of evaporation/condensation on surface and also convective heat transfer in welding pool with the purpose of penetration ability control of the arc, laser, and hybrid energy sources have been developed.
