The experimental results of the above investigations are presented. It has been found that the damping capacity of specimens with coatings is essentially dependent on their structure and the parameters of its formation, primarily on the deposition temperature and vibration frequency. It has been shown that the logarithmic decrement of specimen bending vibrations at elevanted temperature can increase by three times and more as compared to that at room temperature.
