The investigations of diffused processes of heat generated installations ejections in a surrounding medium are basic for the solution of the important scientific and technical problem of improvement of effectiveness of installation's work in engineering, economic, social and ecological respects. The principles of definition of specialized systems of security of HGI thermal modes are scientifically founded and their development and heading allows increasing the efficiency and ecological compatibility in complex. It is shown for the first time on the basis of experimental researches of dynamic responses operating heat generated installations (steam generating unit КВ-ГМ-10, ТВГ-8Г, WHERE - 4-13 H'M, etc.), that during the loading and the relief of an object its stationary values in time are different. This fact defines the necessity of building of specialized systems of control of thermal modes which implement optimum control action as from the point of HGI profitability, and ecological compatibility. The structure of a transfer function of heat generated plant is obtained at different modes of its operation both in lumped and distributed parameters on the basis of mathematical simulation; the spheres of their application are shown as well. The band of the most effective application of controllers is specified on the basis of devices of fuzzy logic; the perspective of use of these controllers in self-acting systems of security of thermal regimes HGI in requirements of ecological monitoring is shown. Controllers are designed and injected in systems of security of thermal regimes on the basis of devices of fuzzy logic for which optimum geometric parameters of devices which ensure the peak breadth of a band of a passage of the frequency signal are found. Diffused processes of HGI ejections at atmosphere in a complex surveyed, mathematical simulation of processes is executed, the method of an integration is selected and justified, adequacy of mathematical model on the basis of which the series of calculations on environmental pollution HGI is executed that has allowed to plan and implement paths of martempering of ecological circumstances is checked and confirmed. Results of examination introduced on the industrial factories, plants of a municipal enterprises, allow to receive economic benefit and saving of currency resorts at the expense of cutting of periods and expenditures on redesign and modernizing heat generated installations instillations, optimization of nesting of resorts in a heightening of a level of their technical equipment, to refuse of use of import equipment.
