Contingent of the surveyed: 420 medical cards of patients. Research methods: clinical survey, ultrasonic diagnostics, a magnetic-resonance tomography, a computer tomography, the medical statistical analysis. Results. The retrospective analysis of medical care of the patients with diseases of a belly wall, intestines, a bilious bubble and bilious ways, kidneys and urinary ways, a uterus, veins, a backbone and organs of hearing was carried out. It is established that there are no algorithms and the standardized approaches for indications and contra-indications to minimally invasive operative interventions at bilious stone disease, urolithiasis, strictures of pyeloureteral junction, colorectal cancer, gastroesophageal reflux, leiomyoma of uterus, varicose veins of lower extremities, degenerate diseases of backbone, sensor-neural deafness in the conditions of a hospital of short-term stay. For improvement of quality of medical care in the conditions of a versatile surgical hospital of short-term stay, according to requirements of demonstrative medicine, it is necessary to develop and introduce algorithms of the surgical support to patients in hospitals of one day, to develop optimum criteria of selection and surgical treatment of patients with the listed pathology.
