One of ways of warning of such failures there are periodic inspections of river-beds of the rivers in the area of location of building, it submarine and surface elements.The purpose of this work is development of technology of inspection and estimation of the technical state of bridges which are exploited in a water environment, without immersion of man with application of modern equipment.
