Subject of inquiry is the mechanisms of the direct budget financing for the structural reforms in Ukraine which are implemented by the World Bank and other donors. Subject matter is the relations between the World Bank and other donors as creditors on the one hand, and Ukraine as a recipient on the other, with reference to the realization of the mechanisms of the direct budget financing for the structural reforms. The goal of the research is the proof of possibilities and directions of improvement of the mechanisms of the direct budget financing by the World Bank and donors for the structural reforms in Ukraine. Research methods are: systemic as a basic method, statistic, logical, induction, deduction, systematization and comparison. Theoretical and practical results are: the theoretical and methodical foundations of tools implementation of the direct budget financing by the World Bank and donors for the structural reforms in recipients are investigated; the main consideration is given to implementation of the World Bank's projects in Ukraine; the recommendations concerning improvement of the mechanisms and the legal basis of the direct budget financing by the World Bank and donors for the structural reforms in Ukraine are proved. The practical significance lies in a possibility of using conclusions and recommendations regarding improvement of the mechanisms of the direct budget financing by the World Bank and donors for the structural reforms in the Ukraine by state run public authorities. Besides, a higher level of transparency in the cooperation between Ukraine and international financial organizations is provided as well. The field of use is in the activity of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
