The formation of size-hybrid meso-nanostructures enables the improving of parameters of spin blockers and Monsma's transistors. These structures demonstrate magneto-phase-sensitive high capacity properties. Nanostructures with lateral magneto-active and semiconductive nanolayers show inductive response at high and low frequency regions. Parameters of this response could be controlled by magnetic field. It causes the developing of such new direction of nanoelectronics as the technology of lines nanodelays formation. Impact of US irradiation on systems with nanoporous geometry as it was ascertained serves as effective method of theirs electron properties control. Such impact allows essential increase in specific energy and power of molecular energy storage devices.
