The Research objective is construction of design procedures and outline working out original energy generating equipment binary steam-turbine adjustment (STA) (mini-CS) with the jet thermocompressor module in resource saving up energetic systems of the municipal and industrial enterprises. Research methods - methods theoretical (the analysis, analytical, mathematical) and experimental (physical experiment, settlement experiment) researches. All necessary techniques and programs of calculation on the computer are developed for outline designing of the equipment mini-CS by capacity 0,5-1,0 MW. It is created the industrial sample of the thermocompressor module (a base element small power adjustment) and the stand for its research. Optimising calculations thermalgasdynamic, power and geometrical parametres of the basic power equipment for mini-CS by capacity of 500 kW are executed. At the expense of decentralisation of power supply by introduction of a binary cogeneration station which effectively works at use of a wide spectrum fuels and low-temperature heat-carriers, decrease in 2-3 times of losses on purchase of energy carriers, increase in competitiveness of domestic productions and increase of power safety of the country is possible.
