A defeat of TV and LAV is 9,3% and 0,4% accordingly. Possibility of conducting of valve repair is determined by the variants of destruction, localization and prevalence of infectious process, degree of violation of function of valvular vehicle. Annuloplasty of TV was executed in 74,0% cases. Implantation of supporting ring, covered by autoperikardium, is shown in all cases of active infectious process with initial dilatation of fibrouse ring or high pulmonary hypertention. Stitch annuloplasty is recommended for stabilizing of normal fibrouse ring. Application of methods of reconstruction of valves of right departments of heart allowed to get good results in a remote period: Application of GCHP at patients of IE of right departments of heart, allowed to reduce frequency of relapses of IE from 3,2% cases to 0,6% cases in terms to the 2 months after an operation.
