Alternative sources are used to the traditional organic fertilizers, in experiments the mineral fertilizers and biological preparations are entered. In a recent year the areas grew under soy - by a bob culture, but influence of her on forming of fertility of - rountou in an area was not studied. Therefore for research of changes of parameters of fertility of black earth four crop rotations are used with a different satiation by soy. In a report the results of forming of productivity of cultures are resulted in the crop rotations saturated by soy 20, 40, 60 and 100%. On the average it is set for 2007-2009 years of researches, that application in the technological process of microbnih preparations resulted in growth of gross collection of corn only at growing of corn on a corn in the crop rotation, which made 0,2 t/ga on a natural background (4,1%), and at application of the mineral system of fertilizer - 0,17 t/ga (3,3%). Bringing of mineral fertilizers both separately, and in a complex with vegetable tailings in a crop rotation with satiation by soy 20% t/ga (10,6%) promoted productivity of corn on 0,41 (8,5%) and 0,51, in a crop rotation with satiation by soy 40% - 0,42 t/ga (8,8%), and in a crop rotation with satiation by soy 60% - 0,38 (8,1%) and 0,47 t/ga (10,0%) accordingly. It is set as a result of researches, that comparatively with the cultivated crop rotation of growing of corn in a cultivated crop rotation with satiation by soy 40% results in the decline of corn productivity of corn on 0,8-5,0%, and in a crop rotation with satiation by soy 60 % - 2,9-6,4%. Comparing between itself the productivity of plants of soy on all explored predecessors in different crop rotations with at growth of satiation by soy from 20 it is set to 100%, that most productivity on a natural background was got at growing of soy in the permanent sowing. Achieved a greater harvest at application of the mineral and organic-mineral systems of fertilizer at growing of soy in first (satiation by soy 20%) and second (satiation by soy 40%) crop rotations after a winter wheat, and in a crop rotation with satiation by soy on 60 % - after a corn on a corn, and also at the permanent growing. Bringing of mineral fertilizers in all links of crop rotation was instrumental in the substantial rise of productivity of winter wheat comparatively with variants without the fertilizers. However advantages of that or other system of fertilizer turned out substantial only in the first crop rotation at placing of winter wheat for sideral steam. The organic-mineral system provided the substantial increase of harvest not only to the variant without the fertilizers, but also to the variant with the use of the mineral system. A difference in productivity made 0,39 t/ga on condition that NIR makes 0,39 t/ga. In the second and third crop rotations at sowing of winter wheat after soy on a corn a difference in the level of productivity between variants with different systems of fertilizer was not substantial. On the average after years the productivity of buckwheat grew as after the systems of fertilizer so under act of microbe preparations. Not because of that higher productivity was at the organic-mineral system of fertilizer however, the increase due to microbe preparations made only 0,04 t/ga or 2,59%.
