The mechanism of acting of microdispersed steel slag ШХ-15 and the regularity of physical-mechanical, radioprotective of porous and rigid kinds of concrete are shown. The technological background for obtaining special concrete with desired physical-mechanical, electric magnetic and radioprotective properties is worked out. The reception-technological parameters for radioabsorbing cover of fence constructions depending on the application technology are estimated. The quantative characteristic of EMR betel-m weakening processes of ridig, porous and various structure on frequency (4 - 30 GGz) are researched.
