It is established, that available methods of electric power losses definition from mutual and power transit power flows in united EPS have a number of restrictions in application. The new method of the EN interference analysis which is based on definition of losses distribution coefficients with use of results of the established EPS mode is developed. As a result of EN interference modelling conditions of mutual and power transit power flows optimality by criterion of a minimum power losses are analytically established. On the basis of the last the method of optimal control laws definition is developed. It allows to construct more rationally system of automatic EN interference control. For maintenance of control system availability , the new method of the analysis of system availability of on-load tap-changing devices of main transformers and estimation of their residual resource which is based on the digital models constructed on the basis of the theory of fuzzy sets with use of results of experimental and analytical researches is developed. As a result of EN interference modelling is developed a method of the mutual and transit power flows losses sensitivity analysis. On the basis of resulted the method of quality functioning factors definition is developed. It allow to estimate and predict a mutual and transit power flows control system effectiveness in a complex. Also it allow to use a residual resource of adjusting devices on-load tap-changing more rational. Results of research can be used in electric power systems for optimisation of their modes, and also for improvement of EPS modes automatic control systems. As a result of introduction of the developed analysis methods the EPS normal modes management efficiency is raises and electric power losses decrease in them on 3-5 % is reached.
