The goal of the research - establishment of metal complexes' influence at process of formation and structure of epoxy-inorganic nanocomposites received using the mixture of tetraethoxysilane and glycidoxypropyltriethoxysilane with epoxy resins utilizing the sol-gel technology. Methods of research - differential scanning calorimetry, gas-volumometric analysis, derivatography, thermomechanical analysis, chemical analysis etc. Theoretical and practical results - kinetics and basic of reaction between epoxide oligomer and dicarboxylic acid anhydride in the presence of Chromium (ІІІ), Ferrum (ІІІ), Cobalt (ІІІ), Nickel (ІІ), Manganese (ІІІ) acetylacetonates using model systems were investigated. The scheme of model reaction was proposed. Epoxy-silica composites using epoxy resin EPONEX 1510 as basic component of the organic matrics were received. Novelty, effectiveness of application of the achievements of science to production - sol-gel synthesis of epoxy-silica composites of anhydride curing with high content of epoxide constituent. Field of application - development of new composite materials for science intensive industry.
