Objective: scientific ground of rehabilitation potential structure and technology of medicosocial rehabilitation for invalids with cardiovascular diseases. Methods: copying, questioning, expert documented method, clinico expert, instrumental and statistic methods. The structure and level of rehabilitation potencial (medical, psychological, professional, social aspect) in invalids with IHD, HD, CRHD were determined for the planning adequate rehabilitation measures taking into consideration the main indices, characterizing this potential; invalid requests regarding rehabilitation measures accordingly state rehabilitation program were studied; standards of type program on medical invalid rehabilita-tion depending upon rehabilitation potential level were elaborated; rehabilitation process participants were iden-tified; the stages, rehabilitation route were made more precisly; technology of rehabilitation program realization was proposed; rehabilitation potential of Ukrainian regios was studied. Theoretical results: identification of principles for medicosocial rehabilitation of invalids with cardiovascular diseases. Practical results: technological grounds of medicosocial rehabilitation for invalids with cardio vascular diseases (creation and realization of rehabilitation programs).
