On complex study base of myocardial function essential dissorders of systolic and diastolic functions, eccentric and concentric left ventrical hypertrophy in patients with diabetes mellitus were found. The features of myocardial and endothelial function disorders in patients with postoperative and idiopathic hypothyreosis were elucidated. On the duplex scanning base the stat of vascular wall and occlusive stenotic changes of the brain extracranial arteries was characterized and this allowed to reveal new pathogenic sites of discirculatory encephalopathy development and brain circulatory impairments in patients with general endocrinopathy. In the course of SRW accomplishment the criteria of rehabilitation potential identification and the degree of vitalactivity restriction were elaborated to determine clinicolabor prognosis and to ground new approaches to medicosocial examination for the patients with the most wide-spread endocrine diseases. The results of this work are employed in a number od medical institutions in the Ukraine; the materials of this work are used in 27 published works, in one registered patent for invention.
