Complex introduction to male rats of the first rate antituberculouss medicines (isoniazide, pyrasinamide, etambutol, rifampicine) causes the increase of п-nitrophenolhydroxilase activity (marker of cytochrome P-450 2Е1) in liver microsomal faction of at 2,2 time, and with experimental alcoholisation and diabetes, accordingly, 3 and 5,7 times, activation of stellate reticuloendoteliocytes in comparison with intact animals, increase CYP2E1 gene expression in rat liver and testis with alcoholisation ( as a result of antituberculouss medicines potentiation of CYP2E1 induction). The first rate antituberculouss medicines, begin introduced to male rats during spermatogenesis, especially with experimental alcoholism and diabetes, cause substantial irreversible morphophunctional changes in reproductive organs, decrease fertility capacity to14-25%, decrease prolificacy of the intact females coupled with them, increase of total embriolethality 2,5 time and newborns lethality.
