This conformity to law gives a right to consider that in fusions is only certain the limited amount of vacancies (holes) which can occupy the molecules of oxide; - the mechanism of process of electroreduction of boron and zirconium is set on different indicator electrodes: the process of discharging of electro-active particles of boron is onephasic, and to zirconium it is one- or twophasic depending on composition of mixture; - optimum composition of electrolyte and parameters of process of electrolysis is set for the electroreduction of zirconium, and his boride, and also element, phase and grain-size composition of product of electrolysis.
