The perpose of the investigation are studing physiological and biochemical parameters of arboreal plants introduction and adaptation; the elaboration of ways to improve of viability under the condition steppe area; the work out of quantitative methods of estimation of plant resistance during introduction. The estimation of introduction test success of shrubby alien plants in genus Amelanchier Medik. and Chaenomeles Lindl. in the Dnipropetrovsk botanic garden, which are insufficiently widespread in a culture were investigated. The ecoclimatic adaptation of plants under the condition of the introduction region - Steppe Right Bank of Dnipro were was study. Were was investigation system of plant defence from oxidative destruction and it components - oxidation-reduction enzymes (catalase, peroxidase), ascorbic acid, glutathione, carotenoids. Were was determined the regularity of ecological adaptive changeable characters of introduced plants and the criterions of drought-resistance and frost-resistance, which based on the metabolic activity of photosynthesis, respiration and water relation processes. Were was determined the important role of osmotic active substances (soluble proteins, disaccharides, proline) in the forming plant resistance from abiotic stress-factors. The degree of decorative of species Amelanchier Medik. and Chaenomeles Lindl. were was conduct. Were was determined the species peculiarities of dynamics quantity of vitamin C in the fruits Chinence quence, Japanese quence, sugarberry and rest species. The estimation of perspective cultured introduced plants Amelanchier Medik. and Chaenomeles Lindl. as a fruit vitaminous plants under the Steppe area conditions. The result of the research are increase of viability of plants, a possibility of use schrubby alien plants in the different types of the city planting for making aesthetic indexes and improve city environment. The novelty of investigation results is the information at physiology and biochemical mechanisms of resistance in steppe area. The research result used into sphere of city planting, decorative gardening, environment defence.
