The object of investigation - biochemical mechanisms of the antioxidant, antianemic and antitumor properties of cluster rhenium compounds in the experimental model of tumor growth. 2. The aim of the investigation - investigation of antioxidant, antianemic and antiproliferative properties of the cluster rhrnium(III) compounds with organic ligands in vivo under their introductions according to the scheme of the antioxydant therapy on the model of Guerink carcinoma T8 growth and together with cisplatin, deepening of our knowledge about mechanisms of action of metal-organic compounds on the red-ox processes and amino acid exchange of an organism. 3. Metods of investigation - the model of tumor growth, haemoglobinecianide method, citochemical methods, method of analysis of TBA-active compounds, method of atomic-emission spectroscopy, spectrophotometric and chromatographic methods, statistical methods. 4. Results of the investigation. The significant antioxydant and antihaemolytic properties of the cluster rhenium compounds with organic ligands in the model of tumor growth were shown that may be the main reason of the tumor growth prevention and led to normalization of the intensity of the lipid peroxidation process, increasing of the concentration of haemoglobine and activity of enzymes of antioxidant defence, to normalization of the morphology of blood and amino acid exchange of erythrocytes. The new antitumor system rhenium - platinum was elaborated that included introduction of the single dose of cisplatin and a cluster rhenium compound to the tumor-bearing animals according to the scheme of the antioxidant therapy that led to dissapearance of the cancer cells in the majority of experimental animals, to increasing of haemoglobine concentration and quantities of discocites in the animal blood.5. Application area - in medical practice, oncology and for correction of pathologies with altered red-ox states.
