The purposes of inquiries are liquid metal potassium vapor generator development and creation, development and experimental investigation of systems of potassium and cesium ions acceleration, physical processes and mechanisms of ions acceleration in the ion source, optimal parameters and operating modes of acceleration systems determination, analysis of energy and technological characteristics of acceleration systems for different materials of coverings and basis, rotary pump with boundary gas content in gas liquid mixture and gas-dynamic ignitor on the base of generator Gartman - Sprenger elaboration. The methods of investigations are experimental data about heat exchange crisis under the boiling of water and potassium in direct pipes and coil pipes elaboration, systems of potassium and cesium ions acceleration experimental study, mathematical modeling of gas and liquid flow in the porous seal. As a result of experimental data analysis taking into account modern conception about heat exchange crisis, adjusted calculated dependences are obtained. These dependences describe heat-transfer drop conditions under the boiling of water and potassium in direct pipes and coil pipes under the wide range of parameters. As a result of integrated study of physical processes in the accelerated ions source depending on specific metal surface modification program performance parameters and conditions are determined. Obtained results can be used for manufacturing equipment development for vacuum-plasma covering. Working of porous rotary pump with boundary gas content in gas liquid mixture is investigated. Mathematical model of porous rotary pump working is created.
