The purpose of this research is development of scientifically grounded suggestions in relation to natural management of resource utilization for conditioning steady socio-economic progress of seashore areas of Ukraine ( by the example of the Odessa Province). The research method is a statistical analysis of the ecological state of natural resources of the coast line and analysis of domestic and international regulations and legislation in relation to a natural resource utilization management plan for the coast line. The research analyzes the natural, economic and social potential of the Odessa Province under the parameters established by current territorial regulatory management systems and reviews methods and methodological approaches of integrated nature management in marine coast line areas (IUMPS). The project of methodical recommendations in relation to introduction of IUMPS principles is developed. Exploration of basic patterns of functional-and-territorial regulatory organizations of the marine coast line off the Odessa Province will make it possible to develop a concept of integrated management for natural resource utilization and provide methodological principles for development of the proper legislative acts.
