The second objective of our project is to perform magnetohydrodynamic simulations of waves including the realistic physics of strong-magnetic field structures on the Sun, like sunspots and magnetic flux tubes. The magnetohydrostatic (MHS) models have been used in artificial helioseismology data simulations. The influence of the topology and strength of the magnetic field of sunspots on the parameters inferred by the local helioseismology measurements in solar active is estimated. The high-frequency power excess surrounding active regions known as seismic halos is explained. Theoretical study of magneto-acoustic pulsations in the atmospheres of rapidly oscillating Ap stars is performed. Two-dimensional (2D) time-dependent, non-linear magneto-hydrodynamical simulations of waves for a realistic atmospheric stratification of a cool Ap star are performed. These simulations reproduce all main features of the observed pulsational behavior of roAp stars. Anomaly in irradiance and velocity oscillations of p-mod of low degree is found using space observations VIRGO/SPM, GOLF (SOHO) and DIFOS (CORONAS-F). For the first time the 3D radiative transfer problem of scattering line polarization in a realistic MHD model of the solar atmosphere photosphere with complicated topology of the turbulent magnetic fields is obtained. The Stokes Q/I and U/I signals seen in SrI 4607 A line are calculated taking into account the Hanle effect. The 3D radiative transfer problem of the linear polarization of the solar continuum radiation which is principally produced by Rayleigh and Thomson scattering is formulated and solved. New data on solar granulation are found. Large statistics on spacial evolution of the velocity field and temperature of the solar flares and active regions is obtained. Chemical abundances and stellar parameters of low-metallicity stars are determined. Such determinations appeared to lay the debates on some contradictive results to rest.
