Stressful damage occur in both the system and at the organ level. Chronic ethanol consumption is doubling the content of Cyp2e1 and Hsp90 in the liver. At the same time the level of ubiquitination of total protein in the liver of animals decreased approximately 2-fold compared with control. Using computational techniques we modeled "Cyp2e1/Hsp90" complex, which is characterized by high protein-protein binding energy level and large contact area, which showed Cyp2e1 and Hsp90 to be protein partners. These results allow us to offer a theoretical basis for the development test-system for determination of degree alcoholic liver injury by identify changes in expression level of Cyp2e1 and Hsp90 in comparison with the level of total ubiquitination of liver protein.
