Schemes for the application DC-autovaccine in adjuvant regimen for treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer IIB-IIIА stage and ovarian cancer II-IV stage have been developed. The treatment by DC-autovaccine is not accompanied by the development of any significant adverse or toxic reactions, improves 3-year survival of ovarian cancer patients by 17 % (р= 0,025), lung cancer patients - 30 % (р=0,02).
