Selective and superselective intra-arterial chemotherapy used in complex treatment of advanced oral cancer patients with trivial complications caused to complete and partial response in 53,1 % cases, increasing of 3-year survival rate at 14,7 % and increasing of median survival in two times comparing with patients who received systemic chemotherapy.
