Loshkarev Institute of semiconductors of NAS of Ukraine), ultrasonic diagnostic device ATL HDL 5000 (Phillips). Aim of work - to study of efficiency modifying influence for electromagnetic irradiation with dominating the component magnetic field on malignant tumors at complex therapy. Methods - physicochemical, laboratory diagnostics, radiodiagnostics, statistical. The design is developed and the construction is made the applicator for the device "Magnetotherm", spatial inhomogeneity of the isolines for the electromagnetic field was calculation by computer program for apparatus "Magnetotherm". Medical-physical analysis of radiative characteristic for the the applicators on physical and physiological phantoms is performed. It is shown that output characteristic of electromagnetic wave after transformation in phantoms depended on the degree of their spatial heterogeneity, structure of phantoms and concentration in them of ions. It is shown that using of electromagnetic irradiation and drugs for Geren's carcinoma, doxorubicin-resistant Guerin's, resistant to cisplatin substrain of Lewis lung carcinoma, carcinoma and melanoma B16 initiating the increase of antitumor effect accordingly on 50 %, 29 % and 40 % (p < 0,05) by comparison to animals which got drug only. Medical technologies of topometry by the computer planning, bioindication estimations of the local influencing of electromagnetic irradiation for complex treatment of cancer patients with the use of apparatus "Magniterm" are developed. The results of analysis of pilot clinical researches on the study of efficiency and toxicity of treatment of oncologic patients with the use of apparatus "Magnetotherm" testify that the use of polychemotherapy and local inductothermy at treatment of patients with breast cancer allowed to increase on 35,6 % of partial regression of primary tumour and on 28,7 % regression of lymph nodes, to decrease the side effects of treatment meanwhile improved quality of life for patients with 15 marks on Karnovsky scale by comparison to the group of patients to which was conducted only polychemotherapy. For patients with generalized form of skin melanoma the effect of complex treatment was determined the increase of partial regression of tumours on 4,3 %, stabilizing on 40 %, numbers of progression decreased on 28,1 %, meanwhile improved quality of life for patients with 16 marks on Karnovsky scale by comparison to the group of patients to which was conducted only polychemotherapy. After radiotherapy and inductothermy of patients with soft tissue sarcoma of extremities and body increased stabilization of process on 34,3 % , partial regress on 26,2 %, increased of one-year survival of patients on 14 % and improved quality of life of patients with 12 marks on Karnovsky scale by comparison to the group of patients to which was conducted only radiotherapy. Used of inductothermia on a background of polychemotherapy increased one-year survival of trophoblastic tumor patients III stage on 11,5 % by comparison to patients which was conducted only inductothermia.
