It is got during experiments, that metal phase transformations of the cast kernel at the contact spot welding of low-carbon steel are accompanied the acoustic emission signals in the range of frequencies 100-300 KHz. Possibility of creating of the contact spot welding technical diagnostics system on the basis of cross-correlation spectral analysis of the cast kernel crystallizations acoustic emission signals is shown.
