They can be recommended for industrial verification. Tecnological parameters for brazing of low-carbon (08kp) and galvanized (08yu) steels by using cooper filler alloys (BrKMTs 3-1, BrAMTs 9-2) in different shielding atmospheres (Ar, Ar+H2, He) were investigated. Strength of resulting butt joints was 330-390 MPa. Heat input was considerably decreased, thus allowing zinc coatings to be preserved. The baseline technologies for arc and plasma arc brazing using non-consumable electrodes over the flux (FAF 540) layer were developed for dissimilar types of joints, such as Al+Al, Al+stailess steel and Al+galvanized steel. The dc brazing processes of thin sheets and tubular adapters were studied. Fracture of the joints at room temperature occured in Al or Al alloys. High strength and tightness values were provided at pressure of up to 2.5 MPa.
