The purpose of work - setting features of the evolution of granite-hneysovoho layer crust hranulit-zelenokam'yanyh areas of early Precambrian search criteria correlation of Precambrian formations on the basis of studying the history of the formation of typical heostrukturnyh elements of the time. Research Methods - Historical Geology (the formation, tectonic and stratigraphic) analysis. The results of analysis and generalization on geohistorical principles (tectonics-stratigraphic, structure) of materials and presentations are lighted up in relation to the layer of granite-gneiss of the Priazovskoy granulit-greenstone area of the Ukrainian shield. A primary purpose of researches is establishment of formation composition and ordering of this layer of Priazov'ya and creation of model of his evolution. Work contains the review of geotectonics modes of early Precambrian and types of geostructure foundation of shields of old platforms, pictures of structure of the earth's crust of Priazov'ya from geophysical data, short essay of structure of analogues of the Priazovskoy granulit-greenstone area on other shields and detailed geologe-formation description of crystalline foundation of priazovsky region. On formation basis contradictions are shown in the operating chart of stratigraphy him early Precambrian educations, perfections are offered to it. It is shown that the main volumes of layer of granite-gneiss of region in Precambrian consistently grew the masses of matter of charnokite-granulite, tonalit-greenstone, granitoid-metasediment and plutonic structure-formation complexes (SFK), in Hercynian time a layer was complicated by shallow hypabyssal and subvolcanic shtoklike bodies and dikes. The chart of the tectonic districting of foundation of Priazov'ya is given, three main stages of development of him granite-gneiss layer are selected: preplatform, earlyplatform, platform. It is marked that kratonization of crystalline foundation of region (first stage) completed the final stages of forming of granitoid-metasediment of SFK (early Precambria). The displays of plutonic SFK signify beginning of alteration of the structural state of kratonisation earth's crust and related to the initial stages of paleoriftogenesis in the Dnepr-Donetsk structure and Donbas, Hercynia magmatism is also provoked, main, renewing in them of rift processes. It is shown that lateral heterogeneities of granite-gneiss layer, that was engendered in time formation "charnokite-granulite" floor, saved certain noninteraction of development in the following. To anticlinorium structur-formation areas the tonalit-greenstone structures and accompanying them intrusion of tonalit-greenstone SFK (preplatform stage), intrusion of promoted alkalinity plutonic SFK (earlyplatform stage), and Hercynian intrusion (platform stage) are timed. It is marked that almost on all of these indexes to the Priazovskoy granulit-greenstone area the similar Kol'ska area of the Baltic shield.
