A research method is conducting of researches and measurings on the state standards of SE “Ukrmetrteststandart”, registrations of their results and conducting of all necessary preparatory works for providing of collations of state standards which are keeping in SE “Ukrmetrteststandart”, analysis of the got results of comparosons of state standards, implementations of functions of pilot laboratory in those comparisons of standards such status is given in which. Basic results of researches: development is offered two organizationally methodical documents of SE “Ukrmetrteststandart” on the basis of options and recommendations of CIPM, COOMET and EURAMET on questions of conducting of comparisons of state standards and registration of their results; the row of projects of technical protocols is prepared in relation to conducting of comparisons of standards, in what SE of “Ukrmetrteststandart” comes forward as a pilot laboratory; research and measuring on procedure of international comparisons is conducted; the analysis of the got results of compaisons of state standards is carried out within the framework of implementation of functions of pilot laboratories.
