By change of conditions of deposition (substrates temperatures, speed of depositiob, intriduction of impurity, etc.) varied characteristics micro- and substructures of condensates. It is determined, that the size of grains and twin domains of vacuum condensates can be under comply conditions are reduced up to nanjsize level. It is shown, that vacuum condensates of pure metals with twin domains a substructure are characterized by high hardness abd a high level damping capacity.
