Purpose - to search for technological ways to intensify the process of laser alloying of working surfaces loaded with steel products and its mathematical modeling. Research methods - mathematical modeling process of doping with the help of laser radiation with its scanning trajectory; technology equipment, conducting experimental studies of the doping with the deployment of radiation for a given trajectory, metallographic analysis of samples. An analysis of contemporary research on the heavily loaded surface alloying of steel products. As a result of mathematical modeling and numerical analysis of thermal processes that occur during laser heating with the scanning of radiation, to calculate the temperature field in the processing zone, the rate of heating and cooling. These calculations can predict the formation of structures on the surface of the processed samples, depending on the cooling rate, which in turn makes it possible to identify the parameters of laser radiation for implanted layers with optimal conditions for the data structure, and, accordingly, prescribed physical and mechanical properties. The technological methods of deployment of laser radiation on the direction of the beam, which can intensify the process of laser surface alloying and obtain surface layers with knowingly given performance on steel products, working in conditions of considerable stress. As a result, studies have found that cavitation in the melt, which occurs at the expense of scanning laser radiation leads to more intense mixing and grinding of melt structure, reduce surface tension coefficient, the equalization of temperature gradients, and as a consequence, the smoothing of surface topography and more uniform distribution of alloying components.
