Regularities of material structure formation in electron beam deposition of vapour phases, both on the basis of individual elements, and during simultaneous deposition of several elements, which do not mix, were studied depending not only on the deposition process parameters and component relationship, but also the influence of concurrent processes (re-evaporation). Comparison of deposition parameters and structural characteristics of the condensates, on the one hand, and their properties, on the other, allowed correlating the properties of such materials and their production parameters, thus greatly widening the limits of structure dispersion, to nanoscale level inclusive, and allowing investigations of systems, which are difficult or impossible to produce in a homogeneous state with a high level of dispersion of their components.
