The purpose of work is the creation of equipment for the hybrid laser-plasma deposition of thin film wear-and corrosion-resistant coatings of high purity in atmospheric conditions without the use of vacuum or reaction chambers by using a combination of very pure high-frequency induction (VCHI) plasma with laser radiation. Research methods - conducting a literary review of existing technical solutions VCHI-plasma torches, setting the direction of improvement of equipment, development of technical requirements for the necessary technological equipment, development of draft coaxial hybrid VCHI-torch and the source of his power, production of an experimental stand, setting up technological opportunities created by the equipment and prospects for practical implementation of the developed equipment, analysis of results. In the course of work developed a new concept of designing process equipment for applying thin film coatings with the use of radiation technology of CO2 lasers and VCHI-torch. New structural solutions developed for high-frequency power sources, as well as auxiliary equipment, which can be the basis for construction of the industrial complexes. Forecasting assumptions about the development of the object of research - the use of the results in the development of technological equipment for the use of hybrid laser-plasma technologies for the production and use of high-purity materials in various industries.
