Object of investigation: patients with chronically acalculous cholecystitis. The purpose of study was to work out methods of correction of hepatobiliary functional disorder with a glance state of condition intestinal hormonal regulation by patients with chronically acalculous cholecystitis. Methods: ultrasound, immune-enzyme analysis, biochemical, endoscope, morphologic, electrophysiological. immunohistochemical, statistical, clinical methods. The patients were allocated on two groups. The first group (І) consisted by the patients with the reduced level cholecystokinin after stimulation (them there was a majority), second group (ІІ) - patients with a normal level of stimulate cholecystokinin. At the patients І group the decrease (reduction) of quantity of synthesizing cholecystokinin cells has been registered. They did not have correlation between a level cholecystokinin and gastrin-17, that testified to infringement of physiological connections between hormones. At the majority of the patients the infringement of functional activity of a gallbladder with prevalence hypotonic hypokinetic dysfunction came to light. The infringement exocrine and synthetic function of a liver and unsufficient stimulation synthesis lipase and secretin has been registered at the patients І group. The direct correlation connection between a level cholecystokinin and taurin conjugate of bilious acids was observed at ІІ group patients, while this connection has been absent at the І group patients. For correction of disorders the medical complexes containing stimulation of hormones, preparations for contraction galldbladder, hepatoprotection drugs, pancreatic enzimatic preparations has been developed. The novelty of research consists in definition of a role of a unsufficient of stimulation cholecystokinin level in development of functional infringements hepatobiliary system at the patients with chronic acalculous cholecystitis both development of methods of diagnostics and correction of the revealed infringements. The theoretical and practical importance of work are substantiation pathogenetic approaches to treatment of the patients on the ground of intestinal hormonal regulation. 22 thesis and articles was published, 1 patent is received, 3 patent applications are sent, 2 positive decisions are received on the ground of researches.
