It takes into account multiphisics phenomena which take place at the system. On the base of the generelized theory of energetics circuits the choice of basic variables is substantiated. Those variables need for mathematical description of multiphisic phenomena and using methods of electrical circuits theory for computer model of topologically complex object formation. Effectiveness of the approach is illustrated on the example of gas-transport model creation. Models are constructed and modelling program complex is developed for quantitative estimation of the cost componens of electroenergy realised by the separate companies and its dynamics sport-time prognosis.
