To correct local regenerator reactions, to raise the microcirculation, to reduce microbic insemination of operational field and to improve nonspecific reactivity of organism, the method of preoperative preparation of children with inborn clefts of upper lip and soft palate, which consists of oral cavity sanation, taking of nucleinate natrium for 4-5 days, irradiation of operational field with helium-neon laser and hydromassage of soft palate, was implemented. The clinical investigations have shown the validity and reasonability of the use of the elaborated methods in the practice of maxillo-dental surgery for the expressed medical, social and economical effect. The existing methods of clinico-laboratorial investigations and appliances for their use were modified. The effective and available for use method of prevention of early postoperative complications at uranoplasty and the optimal complex of tests of presurgical examination of children with inborn clefts of soft palate were recommended.
