Object - substantiation of local and systemic administration of polyphenols bioregulators for increase of oral tissues resistance to disturbing factor. Methods - models of epithelial cells genome damage, proliferation gingiva's cells inductor; mechanical injury of rat's gingivas; biochemical, cytomorphologycal, morphometric, clinical. Research was continued on 86 white rats; 47 patients, 25 of which were patients with CCG, 22 patients with GP initial-I, I severity. FN reduced activity of antioxidant enzymes in blood serum and rat's gums in conditions of unsufficiency supply of plant PP; reduced MI on 11% in oral mucosa epithelium, were observed manifestations of vacuolar dystrophy. DDE significantly enhanced resorption and processes of lipid peroxidation, disturbed mineral metabolism in alveolar bone; induces significant increasing of amount of pathological mitosis in epithelium of oral mucosa; were observed manifestations of inflammatory reaction. PP3 and quercetin showed protective effects in conditions of fenigidin introduction; depth of erosions was decreased significantly in oral mucosa epithelium; development of vacuolar dystrophy was expressed less under influence of quercetin than under PP3. PP4 under influence of DDE normalized activity of glutation enzymes, mineral metabolism in alveolar bone and decreased in part its resorption; induced increasing of MI on 27 %, inflammatory effects were absent in epithelium. Clinical effectivity of local application of elixir was established on patients with CCG and GP initial-I, I severity. Received information is evidence of important protective properties of plant PP drugs in conditions of disturbance of cell cycle in oral mucosa epithelium.
